The Tumulus of Vechmaal is a Gallo-Roman burial mound located in Vechmaal in the Belgian province of Limburg in the municipality of Heers. The mound is situated west of the village, approximately five kilometers north of the N69, an ancient Roman road that ran from Tongeren to Bavay. The tumulus of Vechmaal is a small burial mound with a diameter of 18-20 meters. During the 19th century, it was looted by treasure hunters. The findings have still not been recovered. As a result, little is known about this burial mound. The burial mound presumably dates back to the 2nd century AD.
