Rogier Street is a Brussels street in the municipality of Schaerbeek that runs from the Chaussée d'Anvers to the Chaussée de Haecht and is extended by Rogier Avenue. Rogier Street also passes through the Boulevard du Roi Albert II, Jolly Street, Gaucheret Street, Progress Street, Aerschot Street, Brabant Street, Green Street, Palais Street, Post Street, and Sainte-Marie Royal Street. It is divided into two sections by the SNCB railway. The numbering of the houses goes from 119 to 255 for the odd side and from 2 to 230 for the even side. Only number 2 is in the municipality of Brussels city. The neighborhood housed two synagogues: an Ashkenazi synagogue on Rogier Street and a Sephardic synagogue on Pavillon Street.
