Dendervallei Ninove is an East Flemish nature reserve located on the left bank of the Dender between Zandbergen and Ninove. In Ninove, it extends over the territory of the sub-municipalities of Appelterre-Eichem, Outer, and the city of Ninove.
It is a reserve project of the non-profit organization Natuurpunt, and more than 50 hectares of Natuurpunt's properties have been recognized by the Flemish Community as a nature reserve.
