In this cemetery, a piece of land was set aside for fallen soldiers, resistance fighters and veterans of World War I. Later, it would also accommodate those of World War II.
Among the Belgian soldiers' graves, one stands out: the shape and colour give away that a British soldier is buried here.
Some grave stones still clearly bear the marks of the bombings on the nearby La Brugeoise.
