The Castle of Oombergen was located in the Cottemstraat in the Belgian former municipality of Oombergen, now a borough of the East Flemish city of Zottegem.The now disappeared castle of the noble Damman family could be reached along the still existing dirt road - the former castle avenue - which runs behind the St. Martin's Church in Oombergen, or along the Oombergenstraat. The unnamed Cottemstraat is a moderately paved public road that runs to Cotthem, a neighborhood located between Oombergen and Sint-Lievens-Houtem.
