Brasserie Inter-Pol

Brasserie Inter-Pol is a Belgian brewery in Mont, a district of Houffalize in the province of Luxembourg. Pol Ghekiere and his wife Tine bought an old smithy in 1999, the oldest part of which dates back to 1710, and converted it into a Bed & Breakfast. Five years later, Pol also started working as a Dutch-speaking guide at the nearby Brouwerij van Achouffe. He began to delve into the brewing process and experiment in the kitchen. Behind the guest accommodation in the original smithy, a new space was created consisting of two parts: a tasting room and a small brewery with a brewing capacity of 70 liters per brew. Since 2010, the brewery has officially been in operation, and since then two regular beers have been brewed there, Zwarte Pol and Witte Pol.
