“Maison Ternell” nature centre is the departure point for a series of guided walks aimed at persons of all age, and is located at the start of the Fens, close to the Vesdre Dam. The fen and forest museum highlights fen plant and animal life in its natural environment and explains the origins of the fen’s landscape.
The café-restaurant and pretty terrace welcomes guests to taste its regional specialities, home-made cakes and Belgian beers. Children will love the very natural playing field. In winter, Maison Ternell transforms into a ski rental office and is the departure point for various cross-country pistes.
