The Sint-Petrus en Pauluskerk is the parish church of rumbeke, which belongs to the West Flemish municipality of Roeselare, located at Kerkplein 52.
Rumbeke was traditionally an important parish, from which Oekene and Kachtem split off in 1143. Between the 13th and 15th centuries, a church was built that contained both Romanesque and Gothic elements. During the Wars of Religion, this church was heavily damaged to be rebuilt in the 17th century. The interior was executed in baroque style. In 1641 the choirs were extended.
