This chapel was established in 1902. On the site of the current chapel, the residents of this Zuidhoek prayed for a large place of worship to be obtained. However, this attempt failed. Thanks to a donation from the children of Joan Claeys, this small chapel was still built. In this chapel, we read on a diamond-shaped memorial stone: "Founded to the glory of God – 1902". It is worth entering the chapel, where we see a calvary group, a statue of Saint Joseph, and a statue of Saint Job.
