Neglected field chapel at the street corner with the formerly known Kerkstraatje (see Popp map from the third quarter of the 19th century), currently a footpath over Lierdekouter to the church of Saint Mary Lierde. Chapel already marked on the topographic map of 1864; current chapel according to the cadastral archives of 1907, perhaps as a replacement for an older wayside chapel. Neo-Gothic brick chapel; rectangular with three-sided closure under steep slate gable roof. Front gable with pointed arch door in a similar spandrel. Plastered and painted recessed arch field of the door with currently unreadable inscription. Gable top with pointed arch niche, finished with a green-painted carved wooden eaves. Side walls and rear with pilasters and serrated eaves. One of the two side windows with iron rod division. Interior only retains its damaged wall covering with faience tiles and tiled floor with geometric pattern. Rafter arch-shaped blue-painted plastered vault.
