The latter may have escaped during the Sunday Vogelenmarkt. The bird market is the main attraction of this market. You’ll find chickens and other feathered animals, in addition to a wide range of other stalls at this market. On Saturdays, the market sells food and beverages from all corners of the world.

But the one thing that is a constant on weekdays and the weekend? The many cafés, pubs, and restaurants around the square, with their cosy terraces.
