Semi-detached bourgeois house with neo-traditional reminiscences and walled front garden, from the beginning of the twentieth century, cadastral registered in 1904. Broad house of two bays and two storeys with basement under mansard roof. Brick frame façade on plinth of bluestone, decoratively elaborated by the use of contrasting white brick for wall bands and roll layers.
