Former so-called "House Cuvelier" founded in 1875 by E. Cuvelier, stonemason, specialized in blue and white stone, marble, sculpture, fireplaces, funerary monuments, succeeded by his son architect Henri Cuvelier (see façade plate). Until 1930s with shop. Double house of three bays and three storeys under tiled gable roof, with oldest core and former workshop at the back, from the end of the 19th century. Framed façade with natural stone parement (white stone and Soignies stone), rectangular framed windows and arched gate on the right. Left side risalite with former shop window. Diamond heads as decoration of the top floor.
