House in surrounding garden called "Villa Les Roses". According to land registry records, an existing house was enlarged in 1923 and 1934. Perhaps the modifications of around the last mentioned year determine the appearance of the current façade. Two-storey double house with a sober rectangular basic shape and for the construction period with a fairly traditional appearance. Covered with a gable roof (artificial slate) between pronounced side-stepped gables and the front façade elaborated as a visible façade. Brick frame façade with cut joints articulated by horizontal bands. Parapets with decorative masonry bond and windows with sliding windows. Front door under a wide striking canopy of iron with textured red and white tinted glass in alternating bands. House name in inscription against whitewashed panel above the door. Bluestone facing brick with metal letterbox flap. Upper window door bay with geometricized lead glass.
