Villa from 1893, located in a hedged and fenced garden with an iron access gate and built on commission from F. Crouwels. At that time known as Villa Flora. The building application shows the main building with a stepped gable of three bays and two stories. The ground floor three-sided bay window was not planned and therefore dates from the first quarter of the 20th century. Upon request, there is also an extension of one bay and two stories under a flat roof. Now expanded on the left side with an extension in the same style of one bay and two stories under a flat roof.
