Malgrétout street no. 79. So-called "Malgrétouthoeve". Name refers to the Malgrétout mill, which was demolished in 1902. Historic farm with oldest mention in 1623-1625 in the interest book of the lordship of Noord-Assche. In the land book of Aalbeke (1759-1762), indicated as a farm with L-shaped arrangement. In the Atlas der Buurtwegen (1843), indicated as a farm with a U-shaped arrangement. In the 19th century the farm was owned by the hospital of Kortrijk.Today closed farm with predominantly 19th-century views. Anchored, brick components under tiled gable roofs, arranged around a rectangular unpaved yard, marked by iron fence. To the north of the yard house, to the east stable wing, to the south cross barn with year stone 1869 and to the west later wing connecting house and barn. To the north of the house overgrown furnace neighbor of 1830 cf. facing stone.
