Spacious closed farmhouse at the corner of Molenberg. Brick buildings under gabled roofs (Flemish tiles) grouped around a concreted yard with manure pit. Dated on the street side by means of wall anchors: 1761, P(ieter) J(oris) L(au-) W(aert). Broad arched wooden entrance gate incorporated into the cross barn with sandstone corner stones; crowned with profiled stucco decoration, wall anchor, and niche. To the north: residence of seven bays (ridge parallel to the street). White-painted granite plinth. Old room of two bays and one story under a gabled roof with steep roof pitch (18th century). Arched windows in rectangular frames of granite with thumbs and brick relieving arches. Granite cornice and modillions. Right side gable with overhang and braiding on granite shoulder stones. Four arched windows in block frames of sintered and red brick; sandstone sills. Left part of two stories and five bays under an adapted gable roof, originally lower than the room (presumably an adapted core with an additional upper floor and consequently bent roof pitch). Renewed facing (first half of the 20th century). White-painted granite plinth. Barred arched windows on the ground floor and later rectangular windows on the upper floor; granite drip sills. Arched door with transom in granite frame with stucco decoration. Large cross barn to the south; wall anchors with cramps and curls; to the left, rectangular gate under wooden lintel and central entrance gate. Traditional sandstone basket arch door with keystone and imposts on the yard side. Eaves supported by wooden eave beams. Right side gable: overhang on shoulder stones with natural stone corbels and top piece; preserved wall braiding; sandstone corner stones; wall anchors with cramps and curls in gable top; arched hatch in a block frame of red and sintered brick with brick drip ledge and sandstone sill. Four-lobed owl hole in similar framing. Recent rectangular stable windows. Stable wing of five bays to the north, rebuilt with incorporation of old materials: two rectangular door frames of sandstone (including one with wooden lintel) and a sandstone basket arch door with imposts and key. On the street side: rectangular door in granite frame and recent rectangular windows. Recent stable wing to the south.
