In 1957, merged with jute spinning mill De Waele-Rothlisberger and established "Filature Nouvelle Orléans", incorporated into UCO in 1972. In 1907, construction of the still-existing office buildings of one story in neo-Flemish Renaissance style and installation of an iron access gate with five pillars designed by the same architect. In 1908, the distinctive square stair tower of the main building was raised higher by Serafinus Detaeye & Cie. Finished in neo-Flemish Renaissance style with a slate roof containing two water reservoirs. Characterized on each side by dormers with round windows and a crowning curved pediment. To the east, the former cotton warehouse, now studios, from 1912. To the north, renewed cotton warehouses with preserved horse stable in the south corner with cast-iron partitions and preserved stalls. On the outer wall, an old pumping installation from the "American Petroleum Cie". Against the northern side of the spinning mill, new office buildings from the 1930s. The round factory chimney to the northwest of the spinning mill was built in 1947. City Archive Ghent, series G.12, 1905-B.19, 1907-B.41, B.62, 1908-B.21, 1912-B.15.
