Franciane Caille offers peppers from around the world (Madagascar, Togo, India, Pakistan, China, Japan, Brazil... – in short, more than twenty exceptional peppers), curries from India, Pakistan, red or black salts from Hawaii, blue from Persia, rose from the Himalayas, salts from Guérande, others flavored with truffle or hibiscus... and also spice blends from China, Japan, Argentina, Canada...
Honeys from France, Portugal and Wallonia, jams from Hesbaye, jams with saffron, jams with no added sugar ..., English marmalades, Périgord terrines and other tapenades will delight your whole family as well as organic herbal teas and syrups from Gaume, organic choco – without palm oil ... – or truffle mayonnaise and other béarnaise sauces .... of Tubize!
You will also find flavoured oils and vinegars to add a refined touch to your homemade preparations.
Specialities from the Musée de la Gourmandise – the vinegar of long life and the Apér'Icole – are also sold for the benefit of the Castle Farm.
From spring to autumn, you can buy traditional condiment plants in pots but also other rarer perennials, such as Chinese basil, basil-cinnamon, agastache, monarch or burnet that will amaze the palate of your guests.

Opening period and hours
The stand is open as part of the traditional opening hours of the Castle Farm: Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - except in November, December, January and February when the Farm's activities stop at 6:00 p.m.
