In the historic centre of Liège, close to the bustling market square, this is a place dedicated to all forms of travel: It is popular both with outgoing locals who are looking for an escape and tourists visiting our region.
For some, they will be able to find not only the books and guides required to help them prepare for their next trip but local and distant maps of their future destination as well.
For others, books, guides on Liège and the region in French or in their language (Dutch, English, German) as well as souvenirs highlighting the unique aspects of our town through the works of craftspeople and local artists.
For all: books on local and global cuisine. And even items relating to this world of travel such as large wall maps, educational maps, world maps, old luggage, exotic crockery, etc.
It is also possible for items to be sent to distant customers by post.
All this is displayed in a large area over two floors where you can enjoy a coffee, have a slice of cheesecake or rice tart depending on your tastes, in a unique atmosphere.

We shall put back to you upon your arrival a questionnaire accompanied with an explanatory card(map) and for two hours you will roam in the Hillsides of the Citadel and the historic heart.
After all that effort comes relaxation: you will be served a meal (soup, savoury pie, dessert and drink) in a suitable setting.
Note: the meal may be enjoyed before or after the activity.
