Enjoy the longest underground waterway in the world that’s open to tourists! You’re sure to fall under the spell of this return by ferry on the river that runs through the lower floor of the cave, over a distance of 700m. This marks the close of a tour during which you will have admired a series of subterranean beauties: spectacular galleries, marvellously decorated by nature, as well as a room that was discovered in 1912, the Cathedral, which is 40m high and could easily hold a twelve-storey building. Open to tours since 1828, today the caves are revealed in full splendour thanks to their recently fully renovated lighting.
