Come and relax and explore the area around the Fagne de Malchamps (marshes) and the heart of the Spa forest.
The Museum of the Forest and Water uses innovative scenography to present the region’s national environments in six huge areas. Marshland, forest, springs and rivers… adults and children are invited to touch, listen, admire or play to gain a better understanding of nature, which is reflected in magnificent settings.
Open Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Closed from 10 January to 8 February.
Individual entry: adult 4,5€ – children, students, senior citizens: 3€ - children under 6: free.
Group rate (min. 15 pers. on booking): adults 3,5€ – children, students: 2.5€.
Guided tour (min. 15 pers. on booking): possibility of combining with a guided walk through the marshland or forest - ½ day: Adults: 9.5€ - children: 5.5€, 1 day: Adults: 13.5€ - children: 8.5€. Le Crie, the Regional Centre for Environmental Education, offers educational activities,
training courses and work experience.
La Maison de la Nature, a visitor and temporary exhibition centre, is the starting point for a wide variety of waymarked walks.
Le Pavillon Lilien is a magnificent reception room with a covered terrace, barbecue and kitchen.
The Recreational Park has a lake, picnic areas and barbecues.
