The Église de la Trinité (Church of the Trinity) dates from 1910. In the cemetery of Ligneuville lies the grave of Monsieur Hawarden, a peculiar woman from the last century, who spent her entire life posing as a man. The Flemish author Filip de Pillecyn, who lived and worked in the region for a time, wrote a subsequently darkly filmed but beautiful novella about Monsieur Hawarden. If you enter the cemetery at the arrow, the third grave on the right is that of Hawarden.
