The Saint John the Baptist Church is the parish church of the Belgian city of Herve, located at the Place de l'Église at an altitude of 290 meters.
The church has a heavy, adjoining tower from the 13th century. This is a remnant of the former castle, which was part of the city walls. It concerns the former keep, with walls that are between 3.1 and 2.5 meters thick. The tower consists of four sections and is built of sandstone blocks with limestone corner bands.
