Description

The history of the Hof Ter Laken dates back to 1200, when a military moated castle stood on this site. The della Faille family built the current residential complex in the 18th century. In the library, the painted ceiling stands out with the chronological sequence of owners and their coats of arms. The 20-hectare castle park is home to a number of giant centuries-old oaks. Since October 2018, the beautiful park has also been open to the public.
