The combination of the old and the new is typical of many hotspots in Antwerp and the Port House is yet another magnificent example of this fusion. A few years ago, a striking, diamond-shaped superstructure was built on top of the old fire station. The addition was designed by the renowned architectural firm Zaha Hadid Architects. The building’s reflection in the water makes for a great shot.
