Just a few meters away is PAKT, another beautiful spot in the city. "PAKT is an initiative by two brothers who fell in love with the old warehouses hidden between the houses," says our guide Rita Gruloos.
With the stairs on the red facades, you feel like you are in a piece of Berlin or New York. The brothers wanted a mix of sports, relaxation, offices, and urban agriculture. Unique is the urban farm on the roof, including animals like chickens and sheep, which you can visit on request. The farm is operated as a cooperative by local residents.
PAKT is also home to a brewery, coffee roaster, and numerous sustainable initiatives such as the recently opened urban garden store Urban Jungle, where you can go to green your balcony or create a vertical city garden.
