The Baesveld chapel in the Zeedijkweg is a so-called pillar chapel, a white-painted brick pillar on a square plinth and a chapel niche on a widened substructure. The roof is saddle-shaped in brick and rests on sandstone corbels.
In the glazed arch niche is a statue of Mary.
The chapel stands next to a wrought iron gate that was originally the entrance to the castle domain of Baesveld.
