The Saint Eligius Church is the prayer room of the local parish and of the Chaldean community (belongs to the Eastern Catholic churches). Nicely restored (around 1990) neo-gothic church from 1905. Fine and colorful interior finishes completely in the style of the building. Sculpted granite pulpit and polychrome bas-relief Stations of the Cross. Beautiful stained glass windows. Unique in Antwerp is the impressive marble mausoleum in memory of Constanse Teichman (Belgian patron, philanthropist and protector of artists, 1824 - 1896).
