"Floral Cultures from the Outside"

LozerCultureel unveils a remarkable project: “Church in Bloom, Floral Cultures from the Outside”.

Three floral artists received carte blanche. They were allowed to transform the church of Lozer into an oasis of joy, tranquility, and beauty.

A symphony of colors and scents, exclusive and inspiring. All chairs outside, a creation of exceptional flowers, plants, and shrubs inside.

In the unique setting that the church on Lozerdreef already is, you will experience a special encounter in the extraordinary world of now. 

Freely accessible every day from 9 am to 6 pm, throughout the entire month of May.

Poetry

To give this project extra shine, we are linking the splendor of the flower church with the beauty of language.

At the request of E.H. De Boever, many people have already sent in self-written poems, sonnets, or haikus related to flowers.

We are eagerly waiting for your literary creations as well. (Please email to jdb.eine@proximus.be) The submitted works will then find a place among the flowers.

The Musical Segment

The upcoming three Saturdays (May 15, May 22, and May 29, each at 11 am) there will be a concert held at the church gate (outside), with free contributions.

On May 15, the concert will be provided by the Sint-Anna duo (Mikhaïl Bezverkhni and Marieke De Jonghe).

The program and lineup for the following two weeks remain a surprise for now.
