Description

The Rochefort War Memorial is located on rue de Béhogne near the town hall.

The Rochefort memorial commemorates the military and civilian victims of the First and Second World Wars.
The text of the monument: "TO NOS VICTIMS / CIVILES ET MILITAIRES / 1914-1918 / 1940-1945".

Rochefort was taken undefended by the Germans in May 1940 during the Battle of France.
