Point de vue Roche de Corbeaux-Rochehaut

Although Les Balcons and Panorama de Frahan are the most photographed viewpoints, this one can certainly keep up. Less known and therefore not popular , but anyone in Rochehaut should make the effort to climb here.

From Roche aux Corbeaux, the view extends from the village of Rochehaut with its listed church tower over the hamlet of Frahan, where the Crêtes de Frahan begin , to Montragut Castle.
La Roche aux Corbeaux evokes the origins of the village of Rochehaut, which, contrary to popular belief, is not a high rock but evokes its Germanic origins, meaning "built on the rock" .
At the foot of the Roche aux Corbeaux are three old slate quarries that belonged to a master of Mouzaive, Mr Joseph Pierret. He was the first initiator of tobacco cultivation from Semois to Alle-sur-Semois, from Dohan to Bohan.
