L-shaped two-story building under intersecting gable roofs (slate, ridge with lily motifs) with wooden dormers; façade stones "ANNO/ 1899". A strikingly eclectic building with a dual character: on one hand connecting to the bourgeois villa architecture of that time and on the other hand reminiscent of the former town halls. Brick and natural stone façade on a base of rubble stone. To the left, a projecting risalit of three bays with a prominent central, rectangular wooden bay window. Façade top with a wooden loggia ending in a truncated pointed slate roof with an iron ridge and weather vane. Symmetrical right wing of four bays with similar doors in both side bays: Tudor arch-shaped doors with sculpted arch fields by J. Vits (Melle). Mainly stone cross-sash windows and three-light windows with keystones. Interior modernized in 1976 according to the design of architect P. Servaes. Extension to the rear of the building in 1979.
