From the center of La Roche, via a steep climb to Ciel, then Marcouray, Amonines, Sadzot, here we return via La Fosse, La Morménil, Samrée, and Borzée to the starting point in La Roche. For this ride, you really need to be very well trained because there are a lot of elevation meters. I do La Roche 1 and La Roche 2 with the regular MTB, but I do this La Roche 3 with the E-MTB. I think otherwise I will have to dismount here and there. (In the meantime, I have also ridden this with the regular MTB and managed everywhere, with a gear ratio of 30 in the front and 10-51 in the back. I rode calmly because at a steady pace I wouldn't have made it to the end)
