This walking path circles around the highest point of southern Belgium: the Hirtzenberg (465 m high). Enjoy a fantastic view of Arlon and walk through a beautiful deciduous and coniferous forest. During the French Revolution, decisive battles were fought here in 1794! The republicans under General Jourdan bravely defeated the Austrians under General Beaulieu.
