Walk through the history of Rummen. Through the Dorpveldweg you walk to the Warandebos, with spring flowers and views of old ramparts and moats. In the 14th century there was a castle on the edge of the forest: the audio story tells you about Arnold's castle and the end of the county of Loon.
Admire the old presbytery from 1630 and the beautiful remains of a windmill in the hamlet of Bergeneinde. On Persoonstraat, follow the route of the vanished streetcar line that once connected Sint-Truiden with Herk-de-Stad. Enjoy the beautiful landscape.
