A skating route in Haspengouw with a bit more challenge, the fifth in Limburg

The permanently signposted skating route Tongeren starts at Pliniuspark - Fonteindreef 8 - 3700 Tongeren at the height of the skating track. You can choose from different distances according to your skating level.

At the starting point, you outline your route on the start board. No GPS or map needed, arrows along the way will guide you.

• Level for beginners: you can choose to first skate a few laps on the 285m skating track before making the orange loop of 1.3 km or the green loop of 2.2 km.

• Level for experienced skaters: if you are not afraid of rolling terrain, then you can enjoy the blue loop of 8.8 km.

• Level for experts: if you have a good endurance for uphill and are not afraid of downhill, then the red loop of 15 km is the challenge you are looking for. You skate along quiet roads through some of the beautiful districts of Tongeren. Ideal for strengthening your fitness and enjoying the surroundings.
