Gravel_-_R - Bellegem - R

Today we are taking you on this gravel tour to Bellegem. We set off towards Zilverberg, after which we travel on the cobblestones of the famous Bergstraße towards Bergmolenbos and from here along the gravel towards Beitem. Here we ride over the Kezelberg route towards Ledegem and pass through Moorsele to Wevelgem. Here we gravel through the beautiful urban gardens on our way to Lauwe and through Marke across the Preshoekbos towards Klarenhoek, where we drive off the road to the marionettes. We head towards Doerak Forest and De Makker, to reach Ostiahove via Bosstraat, but we leave it on our right and gravel at a nice pace towards Bellegem. From here we dive into the Argendaal path, and it quickly becomes clear that it's not only downhill but also uphill, but what a beautiful piece of nature the Argendaal and Bellegem forests are. We go up and down towards Kromwegelken in the direction of Rollegem, the Koekoekspad, Tramstatiepad, Weimeerspad, Wandelingpad, and then the Bosvinkenpad, YEAH Baby. Now we gravel over the Zevenkotenpad towards Aalbeke and from here across the Papayeweg, Losteldsvoetweg, Triloywegel along and over the Rekkembeek into the industrial area of Rekkem, but we leave this very quickly and gravel between Lauwe and Rekkem over the statiewegel towards Leie so to Menen. Here you have to literally and figuratively bend down to enter and exit Brouwerspark, ending up in Park Ter Walle. We are now graveling towards A19 and crossing the Zandweg to the Kezelberg route, where we gravel all the way to Ledegem. Here we head to Sint Pieter and through Schouthoek towards Beitem. Here we ride across Fabrieksweg, Koekuitstraat to Stroroute and start the last kilometers of the beautiful gravel route. Have fun and good luck on the technically hilly course.
