If you want to step out of the rat race while touring, then the southern side of East Flanders is the place to be. Singers, poets, cyclists, and hikers have been seeking the beauty of this region for decades. And the steep slopes of these Ardennes play a major role in the Flemish cycling classics.

This route takes you past the highest peaks of the Flemish Ardennes, including the iconic hills that our favorite cycling heroes conquer year after year. From the Bosberg to the Paddenstraat, the Berendries, and the Kaperij. Don't forget to take a break in a cycling café or at the Bossenaarmolen.
