This route takes you through the northern part of the Maasland. You will pass many cultural-historical sights such as the statue of the Van Eyck brothers in Maaseik, the Aldeneyck wine estate and the white town of Thorn. Be sure to make a stopover in Stevensweert with its fascinating fortifications and in Maasbracht with the Maas- en Scheepvaartmuseum.

With the ferry you cross the Meuse between Belgium and the Netherlands. Attention: the bicycle ferries sail from April to October.
