Beautiful multi-day bike tour between Meldert (Hoegaarden) and its partner village Moergestel (Oisterwijk - NL). Both have quite a bit in common. For example, in Moergestel, the holy Ermelindis (from Meldert) has been venerated for centuries. Both communities are Brabantian. Life there is bourgondian, and one can wonderfully bike in both regions.
The landscape during the bike tour is very diverse. From a hilly landscape in the Gete Valley to the Kempen and the forests.
You can do the route in 4 days (2 days there and 2 days back). Or you can stay a little longer in Moergestel or Oisterwijk. There are many options for overnight stays. The Reuzelhoeve in Moergestel is highly recommended, where they brew the Ermelindis beer in their microbrewery.
