In 2019 there was a walk that made bridges between Bruegel and fifteen artists, designers and architects of today. Part of this walk went along temporarily constructed hiking trails. Only 90% were along permanent roads and paths. This version approximates the beautiful original trajectory as much as possible. Where the roads are no longer accessible, an alternative has been chosen. The route still traces through the landscape that inspired Bruegel. Some constructions of the artists can still be seen more in the field. And you can still read and see what the artworks were in 2019: pavilions, buildings, plantations, landscape figures, a story, an installation...
