Tour de Rivière left bank (Note: identical to the Profondeville route 34 km)

The starting point of this route is located at the foothills of the Hulle, before a long, steady ascent leads you to the heights of the village, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Hulle, the village, and the rocks of Frênes.

We pass the viewpoint La Couleuvrine overlooking the Meuse Valley upstream from Profondeville before taking a technical descent to Rivière. Then we climb up the Burnot Valley to the college of the same name, before undertaking a beautiful ascent through the forest to the plateau of Bois-de-Villers.

A short breather during the descent to Fond de Vau, before we climb up to Lesve, passing near the castle of Lesve, and then diving back down into the Burnot Valley by way of La Forge and Basse Besinne.

The route leaves the valley and climbs up to the Gerlain farm before descending to Annevoie, with a beautiful view of the castle, known for its magnificent gardens.

We turn away from the castle and take the Marli pass, which leads through the eponymous forest towards another beautiful viewpoint: the 7 Meuses. Take your time to admire the landscape from the paragliding take-off site before following the Meuse, whose banks will accompany you to the church of Profondeville.
