Ride 3, a true RvV course awaits us. Hills follow each other very quickly from the start but... a number of well-known heavyweights are simply descended cautiously. After the perhaps previously unknown Fayte, we head towards Geraardsbergen where the Muur is a must. Via the Bosberg we cycle towards the Pajottenland where truly flat roads are unfortunately not provided. The little road to the Woestijnkapel is one of the last highlights of today. After 85 km, it will be a pleasurable descent to Mechelen. Overnighting at Brouwerij Het Anker will likely lighten up the occasional "à bloc sitting" of today.
Cycling trip as the 3rd of 7 completed on August 2, 2021, as an alternative for our Compostella trip of 2020/2021.
