We start our walk at the Sports Café "De Dreef". Upon leaving the Sports Centre, we turn left through the linden avenue towards the church. We continue along KVRI and walk through the Hildering district to the beautiful Watermolen of Grobbendonk, nearby the "Kasteelhoeve van Grobbendonk". Along the marshy meadows, swamp forests, and reed banks, we continue past the military camp and pass by "the historic ruins of OLV-en-Troon", definitely worth a visit. We stay between the military camp and the "Kleine Nete" and can occasionally see the traces of beavers that make themselves at home in the Kleine Nete that we cross towards Heiken. We traverse the nature reserves and go past the sheepfold, through "het Schupleer" to the typical Frankish market square where we can admire the "Kaak" or "Shame Post" and the Monastery, and then return to the Sports Centre, our finish.
