It suffices to read the place names to know that this region is certainly not flat; 'Dion-le-Val' "Dion-le-Mont" "Colline des Sources" "Fond del Vau" "La-Haut" "Fond des Gofes".... When you walk these roads and paths, you understand why this region is called the "Brabant Ardennes"! Of course, the forests are not immense, although you can get lost in them. But you have all the more chance of encountering roe deer, which are plentiful here. Moreover, the open landscape is beautiful, the villages are interesting, and some roads, on sandy ground, are surprising.....
