On the night of April 10, 1934, two panels of the Mystic Lamb are stolen from St. Bavo Cathedral. Through threatening letters, a hefty fine is demanded. One panel is returned. The other remains missing to this day. Every year someone believes to have unraveled the secret. Every credible trace is seriously investigated. Several paths lead to Wetteren. Eyes open during this bike ride! The panel measures 1.49 by 0.55 meters. The finder will be rewarded.
