You start and end at parking 1 of the Bokrijk domain. At junction 91 in Bokrijk, you completely immerse yourself in the pond landscape: you cycle right through the water. A unique cycling experience, and that’s why we provide this again at the end of the ride in the other direction... You cycle through the nature reserve De Wijers with its 1001 ponds. Along the way, you enjoy the many beautiful water features. Further on, the ride takes you past mining history in Winterslag, and via the towing path along the Albert Canal, the route leads you to Hasselt with all its shopping fun, surprising museums, and cozy terraces. After that, you cycle again along the Albert Canal through the nature reserve back to the Bokrijk domain.
