The Volkshaus is a 1,200-seat concert hall located in Zürich, Switzerland. The building opened in 1910.
In November 1973, King Crimson performed a set at the Volkshaus which included the instrumental recording for song "The Mincer." John Wetton would later overdub vocals for the song on the album Starless and Bible Black.
