Entrance to the former St. Jacob's monastery. At the entrance, there is a memorial plaque in Czech and German in memory of the German-speaking residents of Langenau (Lanov) who fell in the two world wars and of the German-speaking families who lived here before the Second World War and who were deported by the new regime at the end of that war (3500 German speakers from the villages of Langenau, Niederlangenau, and Oberlangenau).
